前不久，通过层层选拔，我非常幸运地成为了一名咱们海陵区的大学生村官。面对新的工作岗位，面对人生的一个新的起点，我们将要从单纯的校园生活转变到社会生活当中来了，它需要我们去更多的熟悉、磨合和适应新环境。因此，感谢区委领导能给我们提供这次宝贵的培训机会，让我们对未来的农村工作有了一个新的认识。
为期一周的学习培训紧张而充实，内容丰富，形式多样，让我们受益匪浅。从来自不同领域领导们的讲解中，我们认识了海陵区经济社会发展战略及现状、农村基层党建工作;从勤政廉政专题片的观摩学习中认清了工作性质，端正了工作态度;从一些现任的村支书亲身经历、现身说法中了解了现在农村工作的实务;通过在新农村建设示范村的实地考察观摩，更加直观地了解了自己以后工作努力的方向。而课后，大家互相之间的讨论交流更是让大家的理论学习得到了一定的提升。
通过这次培训，我对“大学生村官”这个称号有了更加深入的认识，对村官的工作有了更进一步的了解，对今后自己工作的展开有了更加坚定的信心。但是，同时我也意识到乡村工作并不像我们想象中的那么简单，而是充满了多变性和不确定性。站在国家为我们大学生提供的这样一个展现自己实力，发挥自己能力的平台上，我们仍然需要不断学习，积极探索，发挥自己作为大学生的优势，弥补不足，以的状态投身新农村的建设当中。因此到基层后我将做到以下几点：
一、放下架子，融入农村。
我们大学生去了文化知识相对薄弱的农村，很容易高傲自大，放不下架子。这一点，在农村工作中是最要不得的，如果你高高在上，就会脱离广大群众，你的一些想法也就失去了发挥的天地。所以我们去了农村，必须摆正自己的位置、找好坐标、放下架子，融入到人民群众中去和他们交朋友，这样他们才接纳你。就像李源潮部长说的那样，要做村官，先做村民，走出大学校园走进农村，我们应当尽快的做好角色转换，把好“语言关、生活关、能力关”，实实在在地为农民朋友们办实事办好事，这样我们的工作才能顺利的开展。
二、加强学习，更新知识。
现在我们在座的全是大学生，理论知识相对较丰富，但是在农村的实践能力却相当匮乏。所以我们到任以后，仍需要不断探索、实践和学习。村里的其他村干部、村民、同事全是我们学习的对象。我们要虚心请教，诚心学习，尽快更新自己的知识层面、尽快适应农村，把自己变成新农村建设的领头人。与此同时，我们还应将自己在学校学习的理论知识充分运用到我们的工作中来。我是一名新闻专业的学生，那么我想我将运用自己所学知识帮助村里做好宣传工作以及文书档案等工作。
三、施展才能，致富村民。
我们都是刚走出校门的大学生，带着满腔的热情投身农村的工作，我们应当把这份工作当作自己的事业，认真思考、探索，围绕农业增效、农民增收、农村稳定的目标，发挥自身优势，帮助村民们找项目、想点子，将这些一些可行的想法付诸实践，大力弘扬“创业、创新、创优”的“三创”精神，积极推动发展新思路，带头艰苦创业、带动农村科技兴农，带领大家共同致富。

but what used to be in nanchang in old times?the elder generation talked like this:everyday,the noise and the polluted air surrounded us wherever we ,living in dark,dirty and unhealthy rooms in old buildings and hut on narrow muddy was stuck due to the crowded transportation was not was fabulous for a few rich families,but for most of the people in poverty,it was awful.
however,things chang built up places providing entertainment and instance,science and technology museum,the qiushui square,the honggu tan .people also built modern hospitals,shops,high-tech development facilities make nanchang more attractive.
with the advancement of economy,nanchang is also developing rapidly to catch up with ,we can breathe the fresh air,enjoy trees,grassland and flowers .exactly,in the morning, we can wake up in a good mood with the singing birds and take a relaxing morning exercise,we can relish ourselves in the warm sunshine on yangjiang night, we can appreciate the sparkling stars in the dark-blue a nice day in a nice city!

（3）作业关。首先，要控制学生作业量，本着减轻学生负担的精神，努力做好作业批改工作。
（4）考试关。确保学生有一个公平公正的评价环境。
（5）质量关。
三。加强教研组的凝聚力，培养教研组教师的团结协作精神，做好新教师的教学工作。
二、常规教学方面：
1加强教研组建设。兴教研之风，树教研氛围。特别是要注重一年级新教材的教研活动。
2、教研组要加强集体备课,共同分析教材,研究教法,**疑难问题,由备课组长牵头每周集体备课一次，定时间定内容，对下一阶段教学做到有的放矢，把握重点突破难点.
三。教研组的活动要有计划、有措施、有内容，切实抓好，认真落实小组公开课教学。
4、积极开展听评课活动，每位教师听课不少于20节，青年教师不少于40节，兴“听课，评课”之风，大力提倡组内，校内听随堂课。

大家好！我是**工矿船的普通员工。这次，能够获得车桥公司青工技能装配组第一名，我感到非常的高兴与激动。
在此，首先感谢公司领导给了我这次锻炼自己的机会，其次要感谢车间领导和同事给我的帮助与支持。
我是80年代出生的独生子女之一，在大多数人眼里，我们是被宠坏的一代，是不能承担重任的一代。我们已经采取了行动。我们不是。只要给我们一定的信心和锻炼的机会，我们就能成为独立、自立、自信的人。我2002年5月进厂，分配到**车间第二装配工段。
刚参加工作时，心里还不情不愿的，认为自己一辈子就要和螺丝钉打交道，太没意思太不值得了。后来与一起工作的老师傅相处的久了，发现他们对工作一丝不苟，对生活乐观开朗，并且非常珍惜自己的工作岗位，在师傅的影响下，我的思想开始转变，以前觉得枯燥无味的工作，开始觉得充满了乐趣，每当我攻克了一个装配难题，每当我拿到自己的劳动成果---工资时，感到前所未有的成就感，我再也不是那个以前总是跟不上车桥装配线生产节奏、总想请假玩儿的小青年，我爱上了与螺丝钉打交道的工作。我经常提前来到装配线和利用工段待料时间认真练习，并虚心向老师傅请教，“功夫不负有心人”，经过一个多月的努力，我不但能胜任自己的本职工作了，而且还能帮助其他跟不上生产节拍的工友。
我不仅学习本工序的操作技能，同时向其他工序的老师傅学习更多的装配技能，经过一年的努力，我成了一位车桥装配的多面手。
由于我积极的工作态度和认真的工作作风，2007年5月车间领导把我调到质量检验员岗位上，这对我提出了更高的要求，首先要求有高度的责任心，其次要有较高的装配技能，由于现在车桥产品品种达600多种，前桥八大系列，后桥七大系列，同一系列桥所用配件相差不大，作为一线的质量把关人员，为防止错、漏装必须对所装车桥产品用什么配件了如指掌，为了做到心中有数，我一方面在工作时间做到用心看、用心问，一方面利用工余时间学习工艺文件和车桥装配的相关知识，努力提高自身素质，以适应工作的需要。由于车桥产品是汽车的重要保安件，确保车桥产品质量不仅是人命关天的大事，也是降低“三包”服务费用等不良质量成本的重要手段，为了防止错、漏装事故的发生，作为工序检验员，我必须每道工序每个配件保证100℅检验，虽然一天十几个小时工作下来感到非常累，但是我无怨无悔。
如果把我们的企业比喻成一艘正在乘风破浪的轮船的话，那么，我就是这条船上的一颗小小的螺丝钉，我力争当一颗永不生锈的螺丝钉。我从内心里感谢车桥公司，是车桥公司让我成长，自从参加工作后，我慢慢从父母的眼中看到了欣慰与感慨，父母常常在一起唠叨---儿子长大了，懂事了。家里有什么大事也和我商量了，是车桥公司让我成长，让我从一个什么都不懂、什么都不会的毛孩子，变成了一个热爱生活、热爱工作的有梦想的热血青年。

新中国成立初期，无数青年英烈血洒疆场，被称为“最可爱的人”；社会主义建设时期，广大青年“把青春献给国家工业化”，奔赴祖国四面八方建功立业；改革开放初期，一代青年奏响“团结起来，振兴中华”时代最强音，奋战在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设各条战线；在社会主义市场经济条件下，青年人的创造力潜能和创造力迸发出来
雪域高原的青藏线，三峡工程的截流现场，运载火箭呼啸升空的发射场，边远地区的贫困山村，戈壁深处的油田钻井……
８９年后的今天，伴随着祖国前进的步伐，千千万万青年紧跟中国共产党走在时代前列，在社会主义现代化建设的伟大实践中，处处可以看到他们奋斗的身影，感受他们扑面而来的青春气息和创造激情。
“少年时，我就为加加林的飞天创举激动过，被阿姆斯特朗勇敢登月的‘一小步’激动过。从那时起，我决心长大后成为一名宇航员。”中国最年轻的火箭总设计师马佳说。
马佳先后参与了长征4b火箭和长征2d火箭的设计、研制和指挥工作。有一次，在发射前一天晚上，由于操作人员不小心踩到了管道上的箭头，有一点推进剂泄漏。情况危急，马佳不顾推进剂散发出的有毒气味，迅速登上塔架，指挥人员采取了补救措施，和抢险人员一起在塔架上守了一夜。
第二天，火箭终于如期将卫星送入轨道
“五四运动以来，为国家富强、民族振兴而奉献青春，始终是中国青年运动的主旋律；积极参与人民历史创造的伟大实践，始终是中国青年健康成长的正确途径。”中国青少年研究中心青年成才研究所所长刘俊彦说。
燃烧的青春，苦中带甜，甜中带苦。奉献者是骄傲的，奋斗者总是舒适的。
新时期新阶段，中国青年自觉地把事业融入自己的生命，把奉献作为崇高的精神追求，凭着对事业的一片痴情，淡泊名利、不计得失，锲而不舍、孜孜以求，把强烈的爱国热情、报国之志转化为做好本职工作的实际行动。
川藏线平均海拔4200多米，一天四季，十里不同天。
“雪域高原的护路神”刘红春扎根“生命禁区”“天下第一险路”川藏线十余年，为了摸清路害发生的原因和规律，在１２０公里的路段走了３００多个来回，相当于绕地球两周，记录整理了２０多万字的第一手资料……
“继承和弘扬五四精神是中国青年健康成长和发展的前提条件。中国青年成长发展的历史，就是青年价值实现日渐充分的过程，就是在充分昭示：只有把个人的命运同祖国和民族的命运紧紧联系在一起，把个人的理想追求同建设中国特色社会主义的伟大事业紧紧联系在一起，才能创造与祖国共奋进的青春业绩。
”中国青少年研究中心邓希泉博士说。
今天，伟大的祖国总是在昨天告别贫弱，中华民族的伟大复兴不再是梦想。当代中国青年高举五四旗帜，正在把爱国热忱转化为报效祖国、服务人民的实际行动，沿着党指引的道路继续奋勇前进。

Soy food good for women
Women who ate soy regularly as children have a lower risk of breast cancer, American researchers report. And men who eat fish several times a week have a lower risk of colon cancer, a second team of researchers have told the American Association for Cancer Research.
The studies add to a growing body of evidence about the role of diet in cancer. Cancer experts now believe that up to two-thirds of all cancers come from lifestyle factors such as smoking, diet and lack of exercise.
The US National Cancer Institute and researchers at the University of Hawaii found that women who ate the most soy-based foods, such as tofu and miso, when aged 5 to 11, reduced their risk of developing breast cancer by 58 per cent. It was not clear how soy might prevent cancer, though compounds in soy called isoflavones have estrogen-like effects.
A second study showed that men who ate fish at least five times a week had a 40 per cent lower risk of developing colorectal cancer compared with men who ate fish less than once a week.
Many kinds of fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which interfere with the cyclooxygenase-2 or COX-2 enzyme. COX-2 affects inflammation, which may play a role in tumour growth.
