at first, our ancients found tea make them excited, but they thought that drinking more ould be destructive to the morals. as time ent by, tea became popular among likeminded people, confuciani**, taoi**, buddhi** and cultivation culture. until tang dynasty, tea culture began taking shape.

when it came to song dynasty, tea culture became thriving. when people migrated, they ould offer tea. when people engaged, they ould send tea.

when people got married, they ould settle tea. tea became an important part in their daily life.

in china, the main varieties of tea are green tea, black

tea, oolong tea, scented tea, hite tea, yello tea and dark tea. in the early days, the chinese boiled their tea leaves ith ater and other ingredients such as salt and ginger; later they ground the dried leaves to a poder and hipped them up ith hot ater. it as not until that ming dynasty that it became mon practice to infuse the loose tea leaves in hot ater in teapots, and then to pour the infused liquid into bols to drink.

tea culture and its development reflect not only diet culture, but also chinese spiritual features.

china is a country ith a time-honored civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. whenever guests visit, it is necessary to make and serve tea to them. before serving tea, you may ask them for their preferences as to hat kind of tea they fancy and serve them the tea in the most appropriate teacups.

in the course of serving tea, the host should take careful note of ho much ater is remaining in the cups and in the kettle. usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling ater should be added after half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the cup is kept filled so that the tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly arm.

tea culture plays an indispensable role in promoting the international cultural exchange beteen china and other countries, enriching chinese cultural life and promoting chinese spiritual civilization construction.

in conclusion, tea culture is one of the essences of chinese culture in the history. the spirit of tea permeates the court and society, into the chinese poetry, painting,

calligraphy, religion, medicine. for thousands of years china has not only accumulated a great deal about tea cultivation, production of material culture, but also accumulated rich spirit of the tea culture, hich is unique to china's tea culture.

一、形态上要注意的事项

演说时的姿势（posture）也会带给听众某种印象，例如堂堂正正的印象或者畏畏缩缩的印象。虽然个人的性格与平日的习惯对此影响颇巨，不过一般而言仍有方便演讲的姿势，即所谓“轻松的姿势”。要让身体放松，反过来说就是不要过度紧张。过度的紧张不但会表现出笨拙僵硬的姿势，而且对于舌头的动作也会造成不良的影响。

三、发音要清晰，速度要放慢

不管你能否说得一口流利的英语，都要非常的自信，在英语演讲时，发音一定要清晰，速度要放慢，还要注意词语的抑扬顿挫。

good afternoon, everybody! today i would like to talk about customs of miao nationality in our country. now it has a population of more than 7 million. half of them live in guizhou province, and others dwell in yunnan, hunan, sichuan and other places. they have their own language and characters which are just as this image showed. their houses, which are called diao jiao lou, were built of wood with national feature. the foothold of the house look precarious, but it is actually steady and safe. the music and dance there has a long history, this picture shows tai ping _iao, this one describes tiao yue, and this one e_presses gu wu. miao women's beautiful skirts and silver accouterments are known all over the world for their nice work. they have lots of festivals, such as climbing festival, autumn festival, dragon boat festival etc.

now let me introduce you some interesting customs of miao nationality.

lu sheng wu will be the first. lu sheng's sound is bright and thick, and could be played by both men and women. when celebrating the new year, getting married or building new house, people always hold lu sheng in hands, sing and dance gladly to e_press their happiness. when people play lu sheng, they can also do some difficult activities such as handstand, rolling, climbing rods, human pyramid and so on. that's really surprising. reed-pipe wind instrument festival is traditional. it is not only for trading, but also for youth to find a lover. during the festival, competing horse skill, ball sports and other events will be held. festival in different area is different greatly. dragon boat festival, flower mountain festival, eating new festival, tomb-sweeping day, and other festival are go after one another. tramping flower mountain event is important. a couple who can have bear a baby plant a tree near the village and hang a bottle of wine on for praying a child. young man and woman will dance and sing under the tree, and many of them fall in love.

then we will look at miao's marriage custom. 'pinch finger' is one way for miao guys to e_press their love. when lots of people get together in festivals, the guy would crowd to his lover silently and pinch her finger gently. if the girl wants to accept the guy's love, she will pinch the guy's finger as a response, otherwise she won't do anything and the guy would know he is rejected. once the love relationship is established, the young man and woman will date as other lovers. they make marks with branches, leaves, weeds and wild flowers with different meaning: weed mark means dating, flower mark e_presses the secret meeting, while weeds and flowers linking together shows the decision of marriage. after associating for some time, lovers would e_change keepsakes such as towel, cigarettes, silver hairpin etc. later, they will tell their parents, and the guy's parents would invite a matchmaker to propose for him, then the marriage date would be settled.

thirdly, i will talk about girls' beautiful skirts. it is said that, a long time ago, a peacock saw a miao girl; it spread its wings to compare with the girl's skirt, but it was failed and flied away jealously. the legend shows people's praise of these girls' hard-working. all girls there can embroider. once a girl was born, her mother would try her best to teach her identifying different colors. by the time the girl could use needle and thread, her mother would teach her to embroider, because a girl who can't embroider well, no mater how beautiful she is, won't attract guys' attention.

in my opinion, miao is a kind, simple and hard-working nationality. they have retained a lot of interesting customs. i wish i can go to their inhabitation one day, and the same to you.

据气象台报告，此次旋风的名称为“廉洁”，影响范围为枣阳第四中学校园，主要表现为“勤俭节约”下面跟着我们的镜头一起去看看吧。

受“廉洁”旋风的影响，同学们纷纷响应，校园内涌现出一番勤俭节约的新浪潮。看，那边的同学们正在收集校园内废弃的塑料瓶呢！现在让我们对同学做下采访：“同学，你们为什么要收集这些塑料瓶呢？”“我们收集的这些塑料瓶，等会儿会送去回收站，这样不仅节约了资源，也对环境保护起着一定的作用。“好，谢谢。”是的，保护环境，就是保护我们赖以生存的家园，是每一个社会公民所应履行的职责。再看那边，水龙头前都标上了“请节约用水”的标语，同学们看后都自觉地拧紧了水龙头，并且还反复查看，生怕还会有水漏出似的。

“廉洁”风吹遍了整个校园。在每个教室，我们都可以看到“廉洁”的足迹。她潜移默化地改变着学生，使他们明白了勤俭节约的重要性，从自身做起，从身边做起，不再与别人攀比，不再一味追求时尚，更贴近生活。从这些小事做起，不仅校园焕然一新，世界也会变得更加美丽。

受到旋风影响的还有学校餐厅，我们可以看到学生正在用餐，原本严重的浪费现象得到了明显的改善。看到我们的镜头，食堂工作人员有话要说：“这次可是要多亏‘廉洁’风啊，因为它，学生们都好象成熟了，懂事了，他们明白了粮食的可贵，原本我看到同学们剩下的饭菜，总会感到很惋惜，而现在同学们都尽可能地吃完了，我很开心。”从这位食堂工作者质朴的言语中，我们可以感受到他的欣慰，可以感受到学生的成长，他们从挥霍食物到珍惜粮食，意识到粮食都是由农民伯伯辛辛苦苦耕种得来，每一颗都凝聚着许多的汗水，明白了粮食的来之不易，这多值得令人开心啊。

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my then even worse there would be nobody remind me except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find change of life is great and it's wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

廉洁文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分，廉洁文化的发展可以有力地促进社会主义先进文化的发展。

我国古代有一些值得我们学习的人，他们有廉洁自律，秉公办事，不谋私利，不徇私情，清白做人的精神，为人民服务。有：郑板桥，，包拯，海瑞，于成龙，魏征……这些人廉洁公正，深受百姓爱戴。我们就要做他们这样的人。

廉洁要做到不贪污，不接受他人的贿赂，也不像他人贿赂。即便是最贫穷，也不接受他人的贿赂。

记得有一天，班里要竞选班干部。离竞选的时间还有四天，老师让同学们准备好发言稿，还让同学们想想平时里哪一些人廉洁公正，适合当班干部，竞选当天要投一票。在我们班廉洁公正的人有很多，当然自私自利的人也不少。我们班有一个成绩虽好但是一个自私自利的小人，平时也不帮助别人，每次集体大扫除，都见不到他。这次竞选听他也要去竞选，我相信没人去选他。

周五那天晚上，他带着几个同学去玩，其中也有我，走到一家炸串非常好吃的炸串店，说要给我们一人买一个炸鸡排……世上没有免费的午餐，条件是竞选时投他一票。我们一共六个人，四个人同意了，正在我犹豫不决时，我看小航低头沉思着，他是我们的班长，为人公正廉洁，老师也喜欢他，同学对他也是非常“拥戴”。这次竞选，我觉得他还是班长，我看他沉思一会儿，向我缓缓走来，到我跟前悄悄地对我说：“贾馨哲，回家吧，我不同意，这是贿赂，我们应该廉洁公正，该把票投给谁就投给谁。你觉得呢？”“我觉得有道理，他应该不是嫉妒他的票多。”他一边说我一边想。“同意”我小声告诉他。然后，我俩就找理由先回家了。路上，他说小伟挺适合当班干部的，投他吧！我觉得他真合适。虽然小航和小伟是死对头，但是小航还投他一票，因此小航在我心中就是最廉洁的人……

如果仔细观察，可以发现身边有许多廉洁的人，我们也要学习他们，自己也要做一个廉洁公正的人。

Billy hare is hungry and finds a radish. What he picks it up, Mr. Fox is behind him and wants to eat him. “I’m hungry, too. You’re my dinner. I’m going to eat you,” he says.

Billy Hare is shocked, but he isn’t scared. He says, “Follow me. I have better food for you.”

They go to a well.

“Look down here,” Billy Hare says “There is something in the water. “What’s that?” Mr. Fox asks surprisingly. “It’s a big and fat hen. Let’s get down and fetch it.” Billy Hare says and gets down with a pail.

“Can you out the hen into the pail?” Mr. Fox shouts. “No. She’s too big,” Billy Hare says, “Come down, please. We can take her up together. Jump into the other pail.”

Mr. Fox does so. When he gets down, Billy Hare gets up. “Good-bye!” Billy Hare gets out of the well and says. Mr. Fox can’t get out.

for lives in schoolyards, i think:that's the studying place we're most familiar with。some people say:studying is the very and most boring thing，and i have even include the life in school。but i think studying is a very joyous thing，life in school is very interesting，it forms a picture of life，made my road of life be filled with happiness and enrichment。my life in school is like a slowly flowing stream，it flows happily，with occasions of small waves。lift your head up, it's spring，bow your head down, it's fall，the full moon as a picture，the crescent as a poem。my life in school lived in the silence of time.

it's morning，with the cool winds accompanying me，small groups of students arrived at class。in the morning reading class，everyone opened up their books，together they read the te_tbook entries aloud，sometimes their would be some students that does not read aloud，but under the teachers governance，everyone all read aloud，it became a unmissable schoolyard orchestra in the schoolyard。a bran new day at school just begun。 every-time we saw the teacher's professional figure，our hearts would go with the teacher into the sea of knowledge，to feel the traditions of other countries，to feel the fresh sunshine in another world、the feel the world's brightness。
