My name is Jie Lidi. Today, my topic is: “Confidence”. As we all know, failure is the mother of success. But What I want to say is that success is the child of confidence. Without confidence, things can become negative and uncomfortable. I remember, during an English class, I wanted to make a sentence using the word “listen”. I should have said: “I listen to the Voice of America” but I was too nervous and said “I listen to the Noise of America”. Everybody in the class laughed. Since then I wanted to train myself to be confident. Now, confidence makes me brave and courageous. Take this speech for example. I wanted to enter this competition, but I would feel very embarrassed if I made mistakes. Just then, I thought about my dream. My dream is to become a scientist when I grow up. 1、多方了解，掌握班级情况为了尽快了解201班班级的实际情况，我首先拜访了原来的班主任傅和君老师，听取她对班级了如指掌的介绍，学习她的班级管理工作经验，使我收益匪浅。同时拜访了各位任课教师，了解到班级的整体状况和每个学生的具体情况，对一些后进学生主动和家长联系，了解在家的情况和学生个性的特点，以取得家庭的配合教育，前后家访学生家庭达42人次，占全班的84%（其中8位家长主动来校与我联系），取得了很好的效果。主动地走到学生中去，无疑是班级管理工作的最好的途径，用了近一个月的时间和全班所有的学生进行了谈话，使我在较短的时间内基本了解了班级的情况，为以后的工作奠定了基础。
2、改选班委，加强班级管理一个好的班委会自然是班级管理的中坚力量，也是班主任的得力助手。建设一个好的班委会也自然是班级工作的首要内容，经过民主选举和自荐相结合的原则，最后组建了以何姣姣，陆珊珊为首能力较强的新班委会，各尽其职，主持班级日常工作，以最大的热情投入班级的课堂纪律管理中去。（以数学与英语为主）
3、采取措施，提高班级成绩 50个学生虽说在平行班中有几个是冒尖的好学生，但班级绝大部分同学处于下流水平，而这部分学生不仅成绩差，而且思想松懈，甚至厌学。其中我班的数学和英语问题更大，与其他兄弟班级有较大的差距，面对这种状况，班级采取了许多措施，首先排座位，成绩好和成绩差的结合，自制力强的和自制力弱的结合，班主任和任课教师形成一条心，齐抓共管，责任到人。其次让每个学生分析自己的现状，找优势，寻不足，自己给自己定目标，让班级老师对他的督促变成动力，促进班级成绩的提高。
第三，加强学习各环节的管理，诸如班级表扬专刊，自习的纪律，班级优秀学生上墙，上课的听讲等等，努力培养学生的良好学习习惯，力争在新的学期中取得新的成绩。

大家好!我今天演讲的主题是“感恩，是我们人类最美好的品质”。 俗话说得好，男儿膝下有黄金。可是每一年，我都要在同一地点下跪。为何呢?每一年的清明，一个坟墓前，我们全家人都行三跪九叩之礼。因为坟墓里面住着我的爷爷。
鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润它成长;苍鹰感恩长空，因为长空让它飞翔;高山感恩大地，因为大地让它高耸。我们感恩父母，因为父母把我们带到这个世界，含辛茹苦地把我们养大成人，给了我们一个温馨的家。
先给大家说一个我自己的故事吧。一次，我爸爸开摩托车载着我出门。途中突然下起了大雨，幸好的是我们有一件单人的雨衣。我只有压低头，伏在我爸爸的背上。我无意中看到雨水从我爸爸的发白的头发上滴落。我的心顿时很温暖，甚至温暖到有点想哭。父母给我们的恩情，我们难以报答。在父母进门后，我们送上一双拖鞋;在父母下班之后，我们给他们捶捶背;在和父母讲完电话之前，我们提醒他们要注意身体。感恩不需要多么华丽，多一句问候，多一点关心，就可以让我们的父母的心温暖好几天。
再来看看我们的社会。比如某某地方发生自然灾害了，就会有很多慈善活动，为灾区筹款，为灾区的人们送上一份温暖。其实慈善，也是感恩的另一种方式。比尔和梅琳达·盖茨基金会是由比尔·盖茨与梅琳达·盖茨夫妇资助的、全球最大的慈善基金会。该基金会主要在以下几方面提供援助：全球人的健康，教育，图书馆，美国西北部的建设等等。而且比尔盖茨在退出微软的时候把580亿美元个人财产尽数捐到比尔与美琳达·盖茨基金会。当然，我们的慈善活动没那么惊天动地。我们可以向需要帮助的人捐助钱财，衣物，默默为他们祈祷祝福。可是，对于那些披着慈善的外表，对筹款中饱私囊的组织，我们坚决抵制。我们可以得出这么一个结论：任何不以感恩为目的的慈善活动都是耍流氓!
假如今个学期你不小心旷了几次课，被老师记录下来了。结果最后考核没过，要重考。再一个不小心，重考也没过，要清考。是老师记录你旷课才导致你这门课程没有通过。你是不是不需要感恩于他呢?其实不然，我们更应该感恩那些曾经伤害过我们的人，因为他磨练了我们的意志;感恩那些曾经欺骗我们的人，因为他增进了我们的见识;感恩那些曾经斥责我们的人，因为他强化了我的能力。所以，你应该对这位老师心存感激之意，因为他在警醒你：不要再旷课了!
滴水之恩，就应涌泉相报。感恩是我们人类最美好的品质，我们要学会感恩。常怀一颗感恩之心，不要时刻想着回报，我们会更加阔达，这个世界会更加充满爱。

对于我们每个人来说，奋斗也是至关重要的。无论我们的目标是什么，只要我们坚定信仰，并付出努力，就一定能够实现。当我们设立目标时，我们应该将其分解为可行的步骤，并确保每一步都有针对性地与时俱进。同时，我们也需要学会从失败中学习，在每一次挫折中寻找成长的机会。要成功，我们必须超越舒适区，并勇敢地面对挑战。
奋斗之路虽然漫长而曲折，但正是在这条道路上，我们才能成长和探索自己的潜力。正如美国前总统林肯所说：“人生最大的荣耀不在于从未失败，而在于每次倒下之后都能再度爬起来。”每一次奋斗都是我们人生中宝贵的财富，是我们实现梦想的能量源泉，也是我们成长的动力。

Today, I would like to talk to you about the power of perseverance. Perseverance is the quality that allows us to keep going, even when faced with challenges or setbacks. Perseverance is not just about being stubborn or refusing to give up; it is about having the determination and drive to keep pushing forward, no matter what.
One of the greatest examples of perseverance is the story of Thomas Edison, the inventor of the light bulb. Edison famously said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." Edison had to overcome countless failures and setbacks before finally inventing a practical and commercially successful light bulb. Perseverance is also the quality that drives athletes to train and compete at the highest level. Take, for example, the story of Michael Jordan, widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team, but instead of giving up, he used it as motivation to work even harder. He persevered through countless hours of practice and eventually became a six-time NBA champion. Jordan's perseverance is what set him apart from other players and allowed him to achieve greatness.
In our own lives, perseverance is equally important. Whether we are facing academic challenges, personal setbacks, or professional obstacles, perseverance is what allows us to keep going and ultimately succeed. It is what separates those who give up at the first sign of difficulty from those who keep pushing forward. By cultivating perseverance, we can overcome any obstacles that come our way.
So, how can we develop perseverance in our own lives? Firstly, it is important to set clear goals for ourselves. Having a clear purpose and vision will help us stay focused and motivated. Secondly, we need to develop a positive mindset. Instead of viewing failure as the end of the road, we should see it as an opportunity to learn and grow. 什么是自为？自为与自发、自觉是不一样的，自为不是被动的接受命令或指示，或是半被动地处事。自为是当一个人做事时从动机、做事计划的制定与实施，到事后的反馈全部出于自己。在这个过程中，可以允许有其他人的参与，但是别人必须以配角的身份出现，他的作用仅仅是做一种配合与协作。
为什么要自为呢？在这个竞争激烈的社会中，无论是学习还是工作，都不可能处在平和发展的环境中。我们处处面临着挑战，时常会有挫折、牵绊，在这种日渐窘迫的境况中，自发只能够被淘汰，自觉也只能是随波逐流，只有自为能够把握主观能动性，能够自主地权衡利弊和优势劣势，掌握自己前行的方向与节奏，最终实现自我。
最后，我还想说，并不是实现自我才是拥有幸福的标志，事实上走在“自为”的道路上的人已经处在一个幸福的状态。因此，请相信，幸福并不遥远。

“厚德博学，燕达天下”的校训是对xx人的诠释，也与大会所提出的立德树人教育思想产生了共鸣。自1987年建校以来，30多年的教育历程，xx人始终秉持立德为先、博学树人的校训精神，为祖国社会主义建设培养了一批又一批德才兼备的人才。在陆锋校长和学校其他领导的正确带领下，我校多次获得济南市教书育人先进集体的荣誉，并于去年12月份被评为了济南市文明校园，这就是我们不忘初心、牢记使命的最好证明。

今天我演讲的题目是《无悔人生》。
记得小时候，父亲问我：“你长大了干什么？”“当老师！”是的，小时候，我最大的愿望就是当一名教师。为了那梦想，常常召集几个小顽童，墙上挂上一个小铃铛，用手摇几下，表示上课了，然后便摇头晃脑的讲起了连自己都一知半解的“锄禾日当午，汗滴和下土。。。。。。”那种庄严而神圣的感觉便油然而升，长大后，当我带着大学校园青春的激情踏入一中校门时，当我开始成长为一名人民教师时，才真正懂得了这已不再是一种游戏，而是一种事业，伴着这种事业要求我具备高尚的教师道德、素质，这才是我们心灵的归宿。 俗话说：“教学是一个良心活儿！” 这句话一针见血地道出了师德的重要性。师德高尚的老师会用自己的言行影响学生，潜移默化的感染学生，在传授知识的过程中，教会学生如何做人；师德高尚的老师，会不断更新教育观念，教学中指导学生学习，传授学习方法，使学生终生受益；师德高尚的老师，会时时处处默默耕耘，无私奉献，蜡烛一样，无怨无悔。一份耕耘，一份收获，我们随处可以看到，我们学校的教师无时无刻不在起着示范作用，以他们执着的精神、渊博的知识，丰富的教学经验为学校播撒着光和热。多少次老师们都是带病上课，多少天老师们都是以校为家，多少位老师都是任劳任怨义务为学生补课的课，而他们自己的孩子却还在就读毕来班关键时刻。然而，他们无怨无悔，他们不曾抱怨。
当看到学生们羽翼丰满、展翅高飞时，他们倍感欣慰；当他们听到学生“老师，您辛苦了”这 普遍的问候时，艰辛都已烟消云散，唤来的又是旭日东升的明天。
有人说，从来没有哪一个职业像老师一样付出如此的多。是啊，他们只求付出不求回报。说无私吧，太老套了，用他们自己的话说就是对得起自己的良心，我们的老师呀，在世人肆意践踏良知时，却用生命去维护，一遍一遍地向学生们讲述着真、善、美，不惜付出毕生的代价，何以为证？夜晚的星光可以作证，校园的梧桐树可以作威作福证，桌上大大小小的药瓶可以作证，那在门口等妈妈回家冻得瑟瑟发抖的孩子可以作证！
“勤勤恳恳、默默无闻”这是老黄牛的精神；“采得百花成蜜后，为谁辛苦为谁甜”这是蜜蜂的精神，燃烧自己，照亮了别人“就是蜡烛的精神。可以说每种产物的存在，都有年一种精神支撑着它。教师的存在呢？支撑它的就应该是这种高尚的师德吧！
一位哲学家说过：“人的一生只有三个日子：昨天、今天、明天。昨天叫无奈，今天叫无畏，明天叫无悔。“到年迈花甲，蓦然回首，感慨平凡孕育了伟大，生活赐予了幸福。因为我在一中找到了我心灵的归宿，从教人生我有泪无悔。

在过去的几年里，我感受到了直播行业的变化和进步。越来越多的主播开始走向专业化，他们会更加注重自己的形象和技能的提升。不但有更多的主播开始针对特定的人群或者领域，也有更多的平台开始注重用户体验和内容质量的提升。
随着网络的普及和大众娱乐需求的日益增长，我相信，在未来，直播这个行业还会有更大的发展和突破。更多的人将会走进这个行业，并为这个行业的发展贡献自己的力量。
当然，作为一个小主播，我对未来也有自己的一些期望和愿景。首先，我希望自己可以持续保持创新和专业性。不断从用户需求和市场趋势中提取灵感，在未来的直播内容中尝试着新的创新方式和形式。
其次，我希望自己能够更好地利用技术手段，提升自己的直播体验和质量。例如利用虚拟现实、智能家居等技术，将用户带入更加真实、可感知的直播环境中。
最后，我希望自己可以更好的服务于社会，在直播行业中传递更多的正能量。例如推广环保、公益等各种社会责任，让我的直播内容更加具有社会意义和价值。
