人淡淡，水蒙蒙，吹入芦花短笛中。

无人不羡慕渔父自在而美好的生活，纳兰容若也不例外。

夕阳西下，渔人收起鱼竿准备回家。连秋风都是温柔的，不肯让荷花凋谢了。

烟水蒙蒙，渔人悠闲自得，听短笛的旋律，被秋风吹进芦花荡的深处。时人称纳兰题画诗词，有种“烟水迷离”之感，从这首小令的诗情画境中可见一斑。

纳兰的恋人在天上，纳兰想要去访她，却不能。

从来没有见过这样的纳兰，他悲怆地说：明明是共度一生一世的两个人，命运却偏偏安排他们两地相隔，不能在一起。

相思相望，又不能相亲相爱，那么这春天又是为谁而来的呢？两情相悦却偏偏不能在一起，若是能终成眷属，抛弃荣华富贵也心甘情愿。

梦醒之后，纳兰写下此词，像是对妻子的深情告白：如果能够像天上的圆月，长盈不亏，那么，我作为冰雪，将不惜为你融化。

痴心的纳兰，甚至表示，想要与妻子的亡魂双双化作蝴蝶，在灿烂的花丛中双栖双飞，永不分离。

纳兰的笔下，也有悠然恬淡之作。

这是一首题画诗，西山秋爽图所画之景真是绝美，斜晖脉脉，山林萧疏，绝顶之上，一孤僧悠然闲坐。

看着画中老僧闲云野鹤般的生活，让他无限向往，他也希望能够摆脱尘累，去享受恬淡平静的时光。

有没有用30天来复习雅思的具体方法?你还别说，还真的有。

一、关于雅思应该如何复习?

阅读最要紧的是提高单词量，只要单词量在10000+，阅读的速度就会快，只要阅读的速度快，那么正确率就一定会高，所以要点是在保证每日的阅读量的同时每日记背单词，建议使用扇贝和有道词典结合来记，扇贝词典调到拼写模式(在“设置”里)，每日400个单词，有道词典用来查不会的单词，然后把不会的单词加入单词本，然后依照单词本的提示背单词。

对于阅读，最好的复习资料是剑桥雅思4-11以及真题集，做得快的同学可以争取把剑桥雅思做两遍。

听力要认真地计时做test，也就是在一个test的四十多分钟里面摒弃一切打扰(不要中途休息)，每次都当考试来做，先完成剑桥雅思的全部题目，对答案时发现有错误就回去重复听，找出错误，这是第一个阶段(听力本来就比较耗时，要沉下心)。

第二个阶段是精听，也就是对照着听力材料听写，一边听一边写听到的词，可以不用每个词都写，只写：

1、自己觉得可能是答案的词(事实证明听力一般在读答案时会微微重读或者强调，以及答案一般是实词);

2、自己不太会写的词(事后对答案时确认正确的写法);

3、不太确定的词。总之精听要练习到你听到的每一个词你都知道它是哪个词以及它怎么写，你的听力基本8分就没问题了。(过程非常枯燥，但是亲测有效，可以用已经做过的听力材料)

按照每季的新题来练，可以对着手机录音，直到感觉自己说流畅了才能放过自己进行下一个(也就是说，在保证语速的前提下，没有卡顿或者基本没有卡顿)，在这个过程中如果有不会的单词或者表达就停下来查字典。

可以自备一本口语书(环球雅思出品的口语书都还不错)，口语书包含了所有的口语问题及素材，并不针对当季素材，也不能表明哪些是当季题卡，有时间的烤鸭们可以综合练习，或者上网找口语预测题库。

剑桥雅思中的写作范文可以反复阅读，里面的范文是最好的复习材料，烤鸭们参看时要尤其注重论证的思路，以便参考。

在考前30天的时候就可以一天写一篇大作文或者小作文了(如果你够勤奋的话你可以两篇都写)，写剑桥雅思上的作文题可以对照着它的范文比较它是怎么论证的，然后找出自己的思路或者语法错误。

自己写很重要!千万不能只看不写!写完作文后可以找雅思写作分数较高的人或者是作文老师批改，注意改作文和写作文同样重要。

每日做剑桥雅思的一个test(计时一个小时，然后批改)，批改以后总结错题，整个过程初期可能比较慢，初期时间控制在2小时内，后期熟练以后希望可以1.5小时解决(做题一个小时+错题总结0.5小时内)有道词典用来查不会的词，扇贝词典用来背单词(拼写设置，400个，每天都要背)如果当天没法做到总结错题或者做test，至少要保证每天的阅读量在6000词(可以下一个扇贝阅读，或者双语阅读APP)总之一天可以花2.5个小时左右在阅读上。

先每日做一个test，然后总结错题，如果剑桥雅思的题目做完了，可以直接做精听。

如果自己觉得听力比较差，可以下载走遍美国，然后一边看一边听，每天听5个情境，早期不建议听英语电台因为没有录音稿做对照，听走遍美国就可以了(记得要对照屏幕上滚动的录音稿听)，当你觉得走遍美国简单以后，你可以直接拿剑桥雅思的录音放到耳机里随时听。

总的来说，剑桥雅思是听力最直接最好的资料，听力在完成基本的题目以后(也就是剑桥雅思2-10)，建议精听比再做题有用，每天要花1-2个小时在听力上比较好。

练习的材料是当季的话题卡，可以加上一本口语书，但是以话题卡为主。

每天练习part1 两个，part2 两个，对着手机录音练习，直到part1每个问题说三句话不卡顿，part2说满两分钟不卡顿，part3每个问题说四句话不卡顿再进行下一个话题。

在前20天里口语最好保证2个小时(忙碌时最少最少要1个小时)，或者说最理想的情况是把要求练好的这些part都练习好了再结束，如果没有这样的条件就按照时间算，后期题目练习完了可以挑自己不熟练的再练，或者练七悠雅思APP上的预测题。

在考前20天的时候必须开始动笔写作文，每天其实花一个小时就行，因为正式考试的时候就是一个小时内写一篇小作文和大作文。

写完作文以后一定要记得找人批改，以及对照范文。

其实背范文是个好办法，看到英语美文的时候不妨背一背(最好使的是剑桥雅思后面的写作范文)，不过背主要是提高语感以及让你对一些词有印象，不是说背了直接用。

每天分给写作的时间是至少一小时，而且写作比较不容易提高，一定要动笔写，越早开始写越好。

十月十四号初上考场的我显得心里没底。特别是等待成绩的那段日子真是煎熬得很，我连MP3里的听力都不敢删。十一月五号晚上习惯性地打开雅思报名网站，惊喜地看到了7.5的总分成绩。

说说单项经验吧！

阅读方面，虽然我是个英语专业的学生，但是雅思阅读还是和普通的阅读有很大不同。这次阅读我能拿了8分，主要还是靠阅读的熟练。记得老师说过要把剑桥系列读个10遍就不会有问题，于是我最开始准备的阅读就是看剑桥。无论何时书包里总是装着本真题，自己先限定五十分钟做一遍，然后一定要精读。把生词查出来，可以就写简单的中文意思，有个印象即可。如果多次遇见某个生词自然熟悉了。基本整个九月我都在做这个，这为我后来对题型、题材、结构的熟练奠定了重要的基础。大多数情况下，我都先看题目，划出关键词再看文章。对于我来说，这对提高速度很有用。当然，最重要的是频繁的练习。熟能生巧放在任何地方都是真理。

听力 我拿8分其实有点不甘心，有三道题我竟然都是因为走神没抓住。提醒各位烤鸭听力千万要集中精力！！！雅思的听力都是非常生活化的，所以基本没有真正意义上的生词，关键就是熟悉口音和语速。我的感受就是多听，尤其是多听自己不熟悉的口音，比如某带人参观工业区的女同志。我把真题的听力放在MP3里随身听，最后一边听一边说下文。烤鸭们还要注意练快速读题，以便放听力前把题目关键词先过一遍，心中有数。

写作 很遗憾的只拿了6.5，就不说那么多了。真题后面的考官范文是一定要认真负责地看的。这次写作我没留下太多时间准备，前后大约只有两个星期。快考的'时候看着预测出来的试题从正反面列观点，可惜考试也没用上。

口语 拿了7分真是出乎意料了。这次上阵完全是靠压箱底的那些积累，还有考前几天晚上天天对着预测题说，然后写思路。面对考试的那天是个考官，我的心脏是达到了跳动极限，努力镇定，可是PART2写提纲的时候手还在抖，丢脸啊……好在我说得顺溜，时不时对考官猛笑估计也起了点作用（汗！）。

最后的冲刺很重要。考前的一个星期，我的所有课都请了假，每天早上按雅思考试的时间表模拟一套雅思真题，然后下午总结。这样上笔试考场就没那么手忙脚乱了。
