有人说儿童是一本书虽然要读懂这本书并非易事，但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它，有人说，儿童是花木，教师是园丁，园丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它们自然地成长。实际上，儿童比花木要复杂的多，教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多，尽管他们拥有着共同或共通的`规律。法国文学家雨果在他的诗里曾经写到：“花是尊贵的，果实是甜美的，让我们都来做叶吧，因为叶，是平凡而谦逊的。”我觉得这首诗就是为教师写的，因为教师就像那默默奉献的绿叶，时时刻刻衬托着鲜花的娇艳。今天，在庆祝教师节的日子里，我荣幸地站上这方讲台，诵读这样意味深长的诗句，即将开始我至真至诚的讲述，我心中无比激动，也感到万分的骄傲自豪。

每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。

这是什么话?是怎样的人编造的?其编造的目的又在哪里呢?同学们对这样的一些问题思考过吗?昨天，老师对这些问题，思考了一个晚上，现在我的回答是很肯定的，对于第一个问题–这是些什么话?我说是瞎话瞎讲，以为根本没有这个事实，纯属胡编乱造。第二个问题–是些怎样的人胡编乱造的?我的回答是：是一些胸无大志，不愿学习，只贪图眼前舒服与享受的，又别有用心的人编造的。他们的别有用心又再哪里呢?–他们学坏了，还想让更多的人也跟着学坏。打个比方，他们已经落水了，快要淹死了，还想多找几个人下水陪他们一起淹死，这就是他们的目的。所以，同学们一定要小心啊!

古人说：”言为心声”，就是说，一个人的语言直接反映了他的思想。有人说，眼睛是心灵的窗户，我说，语言是心灵的一面镜子，什么样的语言就是一个什么样的人，如果想做一个文明的学生，首先应该从学会说文明的语言开始。

我们是一群来自华南理工的理工科学生，作为一名理工科学生，想要排出一场轰轰烈烈的话剧确实是一件非常困难的事情。因为我们既没有文学院的才情，也没有史学院的稳重，更没有法学院的口才。有的只是一群只会编计算机程序、会做受力分析和画电路图的毛头小子。

但是这些对话剧并没有帮助，于是我们就尝试改行，或自愿或被逼着改变自己。

最终编程序的同学变成了编剧、受力分析的同学变成了动作指导，画电路图的同学变成了化妆师。

但我们也有我们固有的优势，理工学校男女比例严重失调，男生多女生少，排练起来可以随意粗线条，没有那么麻烦。

开个玩笑，其实我想说的是，一群理科生排话剧，要比专业团体甚至是文科生付出更多的努力。

或许最后的结果并不是尽如人意，但我们并不在乎，我觉得大学生话剧最重要的并不是最后的结果，而是过程。

我们不怕失败，因为我们还年轻，我们有失败的资本，除了生命，没有什么是我们输不起的，即使真那么不幸我们输了，我们还有那句话：大不了从头再来。

我们不看重成功，因为我们是一群追梦的孩子，无论最后我们成功的景象有多么辉煌，在人生的旅程中也只会一瞬而已。可是过程带给你的回忆却可能深深的埋入你的心灵深处并伴随着你的一生。

在我们的剧组里，有已经毕业几年的师兄，也有刚刚加入到剧社的07级新生，他们在这段时间里，有的人每天上班工作，有的人为保研东奔西跑，有的人身兼多职每天累到吐血，有的人每天要做几个小时的公车来排练，有的人排完练还要做功课画图睡眠时间只有几个小时。当有人累了，有人委屈了，有人想放弃了的时候，我们都会用这样一句话相互鼓励：你可以的，你不是一般人!

说实话，各位都想成功，起码这是对自己努力的一种回报，但是，各位也都深深的明白一点，无论我们成功与失败，明天的太阳依然会升起，地球依然会继续公转与自转，而我们尚未完全成熟的心灵，却永远的被这一段难忘经历牢牢牵住了。

喜欢写话剧，并非梦想着有一天也能写出像《暗恋桃花源》一样经典的剧本，被世人称赞。

喜欢演话剧，也并非梦想着有一天能站在人艺的舞台上和众多专业的老师一起演出《雷雨》。

我们的梦或许很小很简单。

我们写话剧或许就是因为和别人打的一次赌，我们演话剧或许就是为了在心爱的女孩面前有一次表现的机会，可那又怎样呢?谁没做过梦呢?当有一天我长大了，当有一天我老了，我可以骄傲的问我正在上大学的儿子甚至是孙子：我上大学时候身高不到1米7都敢上台演男主角，你敢么?

我想我是幸福的，因为我有一群追梦的伙伴，有一群为我们提供梦想舞台的老师和领导，虽然这次大戏节已经闭幕了，但这正是个开端，我们要用我们的手，用我们努力，把更多更多没有机会站在这里的人的梦想搬上舞台，让更多更多的人能够像我们一样，完成自己的梦想。

早上好!今天我要讲的题目是“养文明习惯，做文明学生”。

先让我为大家讲述两个事例：

第一个事例是：新加坡是一个通用英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的各种标语大多是用英语书写。但其中的一些涉及文明礼貌的标语，如“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准进入草坪”等却用中文书写。为什么呢?人家回答：因为有这些不文明行为的大数是中国大陆的游客。为此，到新加坡考察的一位中学校长语重心长地说：不文明行为也是国耻。

第二个事例是：据中央电视台报道，国庆节后的天安门广场，随处可见的口香糖残迹，显得格外刺眼，40万平方米的天安门广场上竟有60万块口香糖残渣，有的地方不到一平方米的'地面上竟有9块口香糖污渍，密密麻麻的斑痕与天安门广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈的反差。

以上两个事例表明，文明的一切都是由细节构成的，通过这些细节，我们看见了文明离我们国家还有一定距离，因此我们每个学生都应该养成文明习惯，做文明学生。尤其是对于我们施桥中心小学的学生来说，你们中有不少学生是经过各种途径和努力后，才得以成为了施桥中心小学的一员。然而遗憾的是，在我们身边，在一部分同学身上，还是有着一些不文明行为。例如，我们的校园内、楼梯上总能见到与我们美丽的校园极不和谐的白色垃圾，尤其星期六、星期日教室里、校园内垃圾随处可见，甚至有的同学认为，反正有值日的同学打扫，扔了又何妨;再例如可见在教室走廊上的起哄大闹，走路推推搡搡，随意撞坏门窗，也不觉心疼;再例如校园内部分同学之间相互的讲脏话、粗话，随意攀爬学校墙头、国旗围栏和车棚围栏，甚至还有个别同学故意损坏学校公共财物。我们很多同学把文化知识的学习放在首位而常常忽略了社会公德、文明习惯的养成，而这恰恰从本质上体现一个人的思想品质。事实上，良好的行为习惯是保证我们良好学习的前提，也是树立健康人格的基础。在学校没有良好的行为习惯的同学就目无纪律，不讲卫生，扰乱整个学校的学习环境。相反，如果我们养成了文明的行为习惯，学习环境就是良好的、有序的。我们知道：一个学校的学生具有良好的文明行为习惯，才能构建出优良的学习环境，创造出优良的学习成绩。现在，我们正处于人生中最关键的探索时期，在这个时期的所作所为，将潜移默化的影响到我们自身的心理素质，而文明的行为就在帮助我们提高自身的心理素质，同时也完善了自身的道德品质，如果我们不在此时，抓好自身的道德素质建设，那我们纵然拥有了丰富的科学文化知识，于人于己于社会又有何用呢，所以，我们应该先成人，后成材，不要做一部单纯掌握一些知识技能的机器，而要成为一个身心和谐发展的人。文明就是我们素质的前沿，拥有文明，那我们就拥有了世界上最为宝贵的精神财富。

无数事例表明，走向事业辉煌，开创成功人生的关键，是品德高尚的情操。代表民族未来的我们，需要学习继承的东西有很多很多，然而最基本的问题是，我们究竟要以什么样的精神风貌，什么样的思想品质，什么样的道德水准，去接过人类文明的接力棒。同学们，我们播下一个动作，使收获一个习惯;播下一个习惯，使收获一个品格;文明已被人们放在心里的一个重要位置，时时刻刻在与文明交谈，千万不要把文明行为习惯看作小事。每个人的举手投足之间都传递着丰富的文明信息，让我们从现在做起，从自己做起，从点点滴滴的小事做起，养成良好的文明习惯，做文明学生，管住我们的口，不随地吐痰;管住我们的手，不乱扔垃圾;管住我们我们的脚，不践踏花草。我相信，我们全体师生经过努力，一定会营造成一个宁静、有序、有着良好学习环境的校园。

平平淡淡是最真，说到底不就是自甘平庸、自甘无为吗?曾几何时，我们这些带着中学彩色梦走进大学校门的莘莘学子们也在高喊着：平平淡淡是最真。且有人认为只要“与世无争，恬淡一生”便可无忧无虑地生存，颇有要把老庄的“无为”思想发扬广大之势。是什么使我们丰富的校园生活渐退了缤纷的色彩呢?又是什么使我们真实的熔浆凝固，不在有来自内心深处的热血沸腾?是因为我们没有走进梦想中的象牙塔?是因为我们未走出自我困惑的地带?还是因为我们的心真的不在年轻，确实把一切都看得平淡了呢?不!都不是!主宰世界的是你，放弃世界的仍然是你。

相信我们在得到这样的回复时，心里大都难以接受，有时候，我们显得很无奈，有时候，我们显得很恼火，有时候，我们心急如焚.....不管我们的情绪如何，但最终的结果是耽误工作。

从上面的举例分析，不难发现，在我们工作中容易出现借口的时机主要有两大类：一、是工作出现问题或困难时，或者说需要面对比较困难、棘手的任务时;二、是需要彼此合作、上下协同，但存在一定的信息沟通、资源配置、任务分派等矛盾或冲突时。

其实，上面的每种回答，就是在每一个借口的背后，都隐藏着各种各样的理由，只是我们平时不好意思说出来，如果说出来那是什么?两个字，那就是……“借口”!

XX年5月12号14:28分，8.0级的汶川特大地震发生。蒋敏并没有向上级请示，要回家去看看，也顾不得北川家中的电话再也打不通、11位亲人生死未卜，而是没有任何借口，全力以赴的和同事们一起迅速集结，立即投入到抗震救灾中去。

在我们生活中、工作中，很多人所缺少的，正是这种精神。开会迟到了，会有“好忙，有事情处理”、“听错开会时间了”、或者“交通堵塞”的借口;工作没干好，会有“任务过重”、“好难处理”或者其他种种借口;在生活中有了问题或犯了错误，特别是一些难以解决的问题和错误，我们首先想到的不是勇敢的去承担责任，去面对问题，如何更好地解决问题，而总是去想方设法的为自己的过失寻找或多或少，或合理或不合理的理由，目的都是为了推卸自己的责任，为自己的过失开脱，借口成了一面挡箭牌，这本身就是一种不负责任，缺乏责任的态度。长此以往有害而无益，因为有各种各样的借口可找，就会疏于努力,不再想方设法去争取成功。当一个人在找到借口之后都会心安理得地认为：这件事与我无关。更为可怕的是，一个人在去做了事而又半途而废或推卸需要彼此合作的事情时，就更冠冕堂皇地为自己解释：我已尽力而为，所以责任不在于我;我幸好没有参与进去，不然我也要担责任。照这样的势头发展下去，只要能找借口，你就毫不犹豫地去找，而找借口带来的惟一“好处”，就是让你不断地为自己去寻找借口。长此以往，你可能就会形成一种寻找借口的习惯，任由借口牵着你的鼻子走。
